Would you like to return an item?
No problem – our returns portal guides you step by step through the process. You can register within 30 days of receiving your goods. We'll cover the return shipping costs for you.
How it works:

Register a return: Open our returns portal and enter your order number and email address. Select the items you wish to return.

Choose return shipping:

Upon request, we can provide you with a return label through our returns program (insured, with tracking). The cost is €3.50. (Valid for returns within Germany.)

Or organize the return shipment yourself. We strongly recommend insured shipping with tracking .

Refund: After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method.
Sets & Bundles
Value sets can only be returned in their entirety . Partial returns will void the set discount; retained products will be charged at the respective individual price .
Personalized & custom-made items
There is no right of withdrawal for personalized products or products manufactured according to customer specifications , unless there is a material defect. Thank you for your understanding.
Condition of the return
Please return the goods undamaged, complete, and – if possible – in their original packaging . Inspect the goods as you would in a store ; excessive use may lead to a loss of value .
Damaged delivery?
If an item has been damaged during shipping, please write to us immediately at info@kraftelia.com Please include photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll quickly arrange a replacement or a suitable solution.
