Processing & Shipping
We prepare your order with the utmost care. Processing and delivery to the shipping service provider typically takes place within 1–2 business days. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. You can easily view the current status of your delivery at any time in your customer account:

We currently ship our products exclusively within Germany. However, we are already working on expanding our shipping to other countries in the future. We will, of course, inform you on this page as soon as this is possible.

We ship exclusively with DHL. This ensures reliable delivery and allows you to track your package at any time using the tracking service.

Damaged shipment
If, contrary to expectations, your package arrives damaged, please report the damage directly via our returns portal. There, you can easily submit your case and upload photos so we can find a suitable solution for you as quickly as possible.
